Identify and recommend opportunities that will accelerate profitable growth consistent with annual and long term NSV objectives.
Successfully implement company’s sales and marketing programs including focus channel development, volume growth and successful new product launches.
Drive strategic development of our distribution network. Develop and leverage relationships with distributors and key accounts in the country.
Develop and manage consistent processes and systems for sales team and market measurement. Monitor Sales teams call cycles, selling strategy, store call efficiency, etc.
Develop and update forecast and make necessary modifications to reach target.
Develop an effective direct sales organization.
Provide performance appraisals to direct reports on quarterly basis with specific. action plans for incorporating and updating Individual Development Plans (IDP)
Provide the direct reports with real-time coaching and performance feedback.
